水溶紙使用說明：

Step 1: Clean area to be welded. 對需焊接區(qū)域進(jìn)行清潔。
用毛刷對焊接區(qū)域進(jìn)行清潔。	Clean area to be welded with wire brush.	使用EZ Wipes®清潔布擦拭焊接區(qū)域。	Wipe area with a saturated cloth - such as EZ Wipes® by Aquasol. Wait approximately two minutes for cleaning agents to evaporate.	使用EZ Wipes®清潔布粗糙面擦拭管道表面干燥污染物，用光滑面拋光焊接區(qū)域表面。	EZ Wipes® feature a two-sided cleaning fabric, an abrasive side to loosen dried on surface contaminants, and a smooth side to reveal a cleaner, polished surface.
Step 2: Construct Dam. 構(gòu)建保護(hù)層。
將水溶紙貼壓在管道內(nèi)徑上印出壓痕。	Trace the pipe's inner diameter on the paper by pressing against the pipe to create an impression of the pipe.	將水溶紙剪成直徑為管道內(nèi)徑1.3倍的圓形。	Cut Aquasol® Paper into a circle with a diameter about 1.3 times the inner diameter of the pipe.	將紙邊緣剪開約2.5cm至5cm,不要超過內(nèi)徑。	Slit approximately 1" to 2" segments perpendicular to impression on paper. Do not exceed inner diameter circle.
Step 3: Insert Dam and tape in place. 使用膠帶將水溶紙貼在適當(dāng)位置。
將水溶紙圓片放入離焊縫約15cm至20cm的位置。	Insert dam 6-8" from root gap with the lip toward the weld preparation	用水溶膠帶將水溶紙粘貼在管道內(nèi)。	Tape dam in place.	重復(fù)第2步,用水溶紙和水溶膠帶將管道另一側(cè)封堵。	Repeat Step 2. Insert and tape dam on opposite pipe.
Step 4: Introduce gas and weld. 充入氬氣進(jìn)行焊接。
用EZ Zone™鋁箔膠帶粘住焊縫，避免空氣流動(dòng)。	Cover root gap with EZ Zone™ Tape, a contaminant-free gas retaining tape.	將助焊氣體通過軟管從焊縫輸入。	Insert purge gas needle into root gap. Ensure connection to gas line.	充入氬氣開始焊接。	Introduce noble gas and start welding.
Step 5: Dissolve Aquasol® Water Soluble Purge Dam. 沖洗管道。
用水沖洗，水溶紙立刻溶解。	Dissolve Aquasol® Water Soluble Purge Dam.
